ZLUXXE LLC runs zluxxe.com.

What we collect: when you register for a LuxxeLab class or join the Zillionaire Circle list, we collect the info you give us, like your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, and your answers about your braiding experience. If you attend a class, we may also capture your image and voice in class recordings, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

How we use it: to save your seat, send class details and updates, shape classes around what students need, and follow up about the Zillionaire Circle.

Where it goes: your info is stored in our website platform's contact system and sent to us as private notifications. We do not sell or rent your information.

Text messages: If you check the text reminder box, we may text you about classes and updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies: our website platform may use basic cookies to keep the site working.

Your choices: you can ask us to update or delete your info, or stop messages, anytime by emailing zaya@zluxxe.com.

Other sites: Instagram and the Zillionaire Circle community site are run by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

Changes: we may update this policy and will post changes on this page.

Classes: LuxxeLab classes are currently free. Registering saves your seat, so please show up on time with your supplies ready. Dates and times may change, and registered students will be notified.

Recordings: LuxxeLab classes may be recorded on video and audio. By attending, you agree that your name, voice, image, questions, and work may appear in recordings, and that ZLUXXE LLC may use those recordings and clips for class replays, education, and promotion on our website and social media. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera off or let us know before class at zaya@zluxxe.com and we will do our best to leave you out of anything shared publicly. You may not record, screenshot, or share class content yourself without permission.

Educational content: classes share techniques and tips for learning purposes. Results depend on your own practice, and we cannot guarantee specific results. You are responsible for safe practice on any client or model.

Our content: class materials, videos, and site content belong to ZLUXXE LLC. Please do not copy, share, or resell them without permission.

Community: be respectful in classes and group chats. We may remove anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive.

Liability: to the extent allowed by law, ZLUXXE LLC is not responsible for losses that come from using this site or class content.
